- Free delivery on all orders over R500, nationwide.
- Orders under R500: flat R120 delivery fee.
- Orders ship within 1–2 days and arrive in 3–5 business days nationwide via Aramex.
- You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships.
Returns
- 30-day easy returns — if it doesn't suit your pet, send it back.
- Items should be unused and in original packaging (pets are welcome to have sniffed them).
- Defective or damaged items are refunded or replaced at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
- To start a return, email us with your order number — we'll arrange the rest.
