Our story
Professionally peeved about pet products.
Flimsy toys and ugly beds annoyed us into starting a store. Everything here is tested by real dogs and cats, and held to one standard: good enough for them, beautiful enough for your home.
Questions, answered.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 days and arrive in 3–5 business days nationwide via Aramex — always tracked, straight to your door. Delivery is R120, and free on orders over R500.
What if my pet doesn't like it?
Then we'll take it back — no drama. You have 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Sniffing is permitted.
Is checkout secure?
Completely. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout — the same infrastructure trusted by millions of stores worldwide. We never see or store your card details.
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in South Africa — from city apartments to farm gates. If a courier can find it, we'll get your order there.
